Some of the frequently asked questions about using Venueadvisor:

 

Do I have to pay to use the website?

As a user, you will never have to pay. The use of the online search tool is completely free for anyone planning an event. And you can use it multiple times, so for every event that you need to plan! Should you wish to list your venue or service there are costs involved, please contact us for more information or click on Submit Listing or Become a Listed Supplier and follow the steps.

What types of events can I plan through Venueadvisor?

Any event you can think of. Once you select the type of venue that you are looking for, with the area, our search tool will give you a list of venues that are a fit. These venues can then further be filtered by selecting features that you would like. You can bookmark the ones you like to make a shortlist, and then contact them directly through the site for more information.

Can I contact the venue or service provider directly?

You can contact them directly through Venueadvisor. Each listing is attached to the vendor’s email address, so they will receive your enquiry directly and will then communicate with you. We are simply the doorway, not the middleman.

Can I book a venue or service provider from across the country?

Of course! We list across South Africa, so you can choose and book across South Africa

I cannot find my favourite venue or service provider

That is a shame, we really want to list everyone! If you would like to see them on our online search platform, you have one of two choices: either email us directly with their information (a name and website address are usually all that we need, we will get the rest) so that we list them, or you can list the business for them. Just follow the link. We will then ask them to claim the listing and take it from there.
